1. Where and how are the bags produced?

Our handbags are exclusively handmade in our production location in Munich / Germany.

2. What materials are the bags made of?

The torso is made of felt. Depending on the model line, the bags are lined with cowhide or cowhide nappa. The whole torso is rounded off with satin ribbon or leather strap.

3. What if... I do not like the bag I have ordered?

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We strive to meet your requirements 100% at all times.If you would like to exchange a bag, please be sure to fill out our return form. Either we will refund you the full purchase price or we will find something else suitable for you. The only important thing is that the bag must not show any signs of wear and mustbe returned to us unworn in a dust bag and in the original packaging.

4. What does Express-Shipment mean?

Basically, we process the orders one after the other, as they are recorded in our shop system. No matter what model, whether it's a men's or women's bag. That's why you should plan a few days for your eyes.

If you place an express order (shipping method), we will advance production and ship the bag immediately. The only exception: prepayment orders. Here we wait for payment to be received before we start production. Please note that you always take the manufacturing process into account. We produce each bag individually for you. And we think that, especially these days, anticipation is often lost. Unfortunately, with us you have to wait a few hours longer for your eyes to shine, but it's worth it!

5. Can I pick my order up at your location?

At the moment we are sorry, no.

6. How do I select the right colour for my bag?

Look at your Dirndl and think about which colors predominate. We designed our bags so that the satin ribbons match those of the Dirndls. There may be small color differences in the skins or leathers compared to our pictures online. Please take this into account when placing your order. We therefore recommend that you pay particular attention to the satin ribbons. For men, we recommend matching the color choice to the shirt, scarf or jacket.

7. Can I change the ribbons myself?

The straps are over 6 meters long per women's bag and are threaded by hand using meticulous precision work and a special technique. We know exactly how to thread to get a loop at the end exactly where it is while also ensuring the stability of the bag. We therefore strongly advise you not to try it yourself.

8. What does 'wearing lengths` mean?

If we talk about a carrying length of 160 cm, for example, this is the total strap length that is available outside the bag.
